The workflow

Save the details you reuse
Add a profile, company description, or relevant document to memory. Use Global Memory for information shared across tasks and Tab Memory for a specific project. Review the saved facts so your future forms begin with accurate context.

Open the form and set the scope
Tell OpenBUA which form to complete and what information to use. It can interact with fields, dropdowns, and multi-step wizards, using native browser input events and checking values after filling. Ask it to stop when a question needs a new answer.

Choose how to finish
Use Ask for review to inspect filled fields, uploads, dates, and free-text answers before submission. If you want an end-to-end workflow, enable Full access so OpenBUA can complete and submit the form without a separate approval prompt. Ask it to flag anything it cannot answer from your saved information.

Tell the agent to leave it unanswered and ask you. You can provide the missing detail, update memory if appropriate, and continue without inventing an answer.
